Yes. Mebbian prepares your estimate and bid package from your drawings and the prices you supply. Your team sets the price and sends it.
Can AI redline architectural drawings?
Yes. Mebbian marks your PDF set on the sheet at each conflict and writes the proposed correction in a correction log. Your team decides every change, makes it in your Revit or CAD files and sends the set out.

It is a private memory for your firm. It keeps your past jobs and how you like things done, so the agents work the way you do.

Contractors get the estimate in Excel, the bid package, the mistakes we find and the questions for the architect. Architecture firms get the annotated PDF, the correction log and the open questions for consultants. Samples of both are on our samples page.
Does Mebbian send anything on its own?
No. It writes drafts. Your team decides what to send.
Where do the prices come from?
We use your prices, labor rates and sub quotes. Where you have none, we use public price data and mark the line. We flag every missing price, assumption and decision.
Does it replace my team?
Your team approves everything and sends it.
What happens to my files?
We keep your files confidential and use them only for your job. They stay until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them for the job. Write to contact@mebbian.ai and we delete the files and the work we prepared from them. Provider backups clear on each provider's schedule. Our privacy policy lists where the files go.
Does my first job build a company brain?
No. On your first job we use your files only to prepare that job, and we don't use them for any training. After you sign on, we build your company brain from the past jobs you give us. It holds your jobs, standards and decisions for your firm alone. Your signed agreement sets how long we keep it and how we delete it.
Do you train on my files?
We don't use your files for any training unless you sign on.
How accurate is it?
Your team checks everything before it goes out. Ask about any line on the call and we open its sheet and source. Mebbian can miss mistakes or flag something that is correct.
